Update to statically linked gcc 4.9.1. Rebuild the tools but statically linked to prevent dependencies on some shared libs gcc uses, that aren't available in some desktop machine's linux distros. Change-Id: Iea4a19444276bda62f402f0663257f2ba3b9249e
