Add ath10k firmware-5.bin_10.2.4.68-2:

-- Increases throughput from from 697 to 709, which is likely
   within the margin of error.
-- Presents more consistent fw_stats unlike what I've observed in
   the prior release.
-- Fixes an authentication issue with Nexus 6 which we probably
   benefit from.
-- Fixes a number of other authentication issues.
-- Gives us a working pktlog_filter.
