bobk: fixed update of the device ID to the right value
- The device ID of Cetus is 0xBE00, Caelum is 0xBC00
- Also updated for for common/15t1,common/15t2,LK2.6 & LK3.4
- it was already added in devel/cpss branch by:
"bobk: Update the device ID to the right value."
