Subject: [PATCH] Don't capture SIGTERM/SIGINT.

There is no good reason for iperf to be careful about shutting down; it's
just a stupid benchmark program. Moreover, it wasn't just being careful
about shutting down; it was just randomly failing to shut down sometimes
when sent SIGTERM. That's ridiculous, so remove the feature entirely.
