Prune installed presets; fix default config.inp. After looking at all 298 presets, select 41 that look "interesting" and don't consume excessive CPU. Move the rest aside to a "_disabled" directory; they may be restored at a future date if/when projectM performance on BRUNO is improved. Tune the default 'config.inp' file to be a better fit for BRUNO. Remove references to outline fonts; we aren't using those. Change-Id: If6fbfb9e01e0b003ec2e5a45a2c0d3b1fbfddfb5
