The DateAndTime textual convention did not originally define a special
value which can be used in situations where a DateAndTime value is
unknown or for some other reason not available. Several MIB modules on
the IETF standards-track use the value '0000000000000000'H in such
situations. In order to formally legalize this established practice,
the following errata to the DESCRIPTION clause of the DateAndTime
textual convention has been filed:
OLD:
2 3 month 1..12
3 4 day 1..31
NEW:
2 3 month 0 | 1..12
3 4 day 0 | 1..31

In Section 7.1.1
"The RowStatus textual convention is used to manage the
creation and deletion of conceptual rows, and is used as the
value of the SYNTAX clause for the status column of a
conceptual row (as described in Section 7.7.1 of [2].)
Should be:

In Section 2:
RFC 2579 lists an invalid range for the year in the DateAndTime TC:

Should be:
