tests: Convert proxyarp tests to use DATA_TEST_FRAME This is more robust and extensible than configuring IPv6 addresses on the interfaces and trying to use ping6 or some other external tools to generate suitable IPv6 frames. Signed-off-by: Jouni Malinen <jouni@qca.qualcomm.com>
