Remove SChannel support SChannel/CryptoAPI as a TLS/crypto library alternative was never completed. Critical functionality is missing and there are bugs in this implementation. Since there are no known plans of completing this support, it is better to remove this code. Signed-off-by: Jouni Malinen <j@w1.fi>
