gfrm200 OAD improvements

	* suppressed some common debug messages (was causing logs to be throttled)
	* better error handling (with, um, goto's)
	* auto retries
	* upgrade both GP and TI firmware
	* can now download successfully without manual intervention
	* might still need to set hci0 params at boot:
		echo 8 > /sys/kernel/debug/bluetooth/hci0/conn_min_interval
		echo 8 > /sys/kernel/debug/bluetooth/hci0/conn_max_interval
		echo 3200 > /sys/kernel/debug/bluetooth/hci0/supervision_timeout
