Revert "pfe_vwd: BH can't be disabled when calling netdev init functions" This patch seems to be no longer required with ASK 6.0.0. Lockdep no longer prints out warnings. NXP added an rtnl_lock() around the spin_lock_bh(&priv->vaplock) which probably makes a difference. This reverts commit 5b3d9e9d5e8df5d6f9d0b74836d23831dc623b1a.
