ginstall: Output progress to /tmp/ginstall/progress.
This file will contain the concatenation of all stderr progress bars.
Other minor changes:
* Made ProgressBar dot resolution overridable by unit tests.
* Made ProgressBar dotsize checked with >= rather than > (seems like a
bug fix, albeit a trivial one).
* TestIsIdentical now tests both success and failure cases, and also
tests ProgressBar output. Renamed to TestIsIdenticalAndProgressBar.
