taxonomy: redo Murata handling and add signatures.
Murata manufactures many Samsung products, and we've been
carrying alternate signatures for murata and samsung OUIs
for that reason. Now that we have a mechanism for an OUI
to return a list of manufacturers, switch to using that
mechanism instead: all Murata OUIs can also say Samsung.
Also:
+ add alternate signatures for Nexus 6, 7, and 9.
+ add alternate signature for iPhone 6s and iPod Touch 5th gen.
+ update Roku 3 and MacBook Air late 2011 signature to v4.
+ update Apple TV (3rd gen), iPod Touch 3rd gen, and Brother Printer to v4.
+ remove DirectTV, not as common as thought.
+ add OUIs for ASUS, Azurewave, LG, Motorola, Samsung.
+ add a few SSDP signatures.
+ remove MacBook 2008, the v2 signature. MacBooks often drop down from
40MHz to 20MHz width based on environment, and more recent MacBooks
were matching the 2008 signature.
The v4 signature txpow: field should be distinctive, and all of the
rest of the MacBook signatures are v4. We can re-add MacBook 2008
when we collect a v4 signature.
