+ Remove an LG G4 signature which appears to be in error, txpow
does not match other signatures.
+ Remove Roku2 4210. It is so different from the other Roku 2 signatures
that we want to capture a sample to make sure.
+ Add pcaps for Belkin WeMo, Nexus 6, Roku 3 4230.
