Revert "Don't allocate address space for bmoca on host CPU" This reverts commit 693491bd1a455f5c385d7ae7c8c71bdb8f93390f. Changing struct moca_platform_data turned out not to be a good idea because there are redundant bmoca.h files floating around. Keeping them in-sync is difficult.
