Add extra_bootargs into kernel boot option Manufacture team wants more options to be delivered to kernel/daemons. Introduced extra_bootargs as other platforms and added default debug, factory, wifical k/v pairs Change-Id: I54bb9141eb5220462d12d605b4d83b869b804c98
