mv_feroceon: disable broken code. Enabling support for the diag command enables support for the Marvell diag command (mv_diag), which is broken becuase it depends on an undefined array of callbacks. Change-Id: I0b21374e24c7dd18a7e4362b4027d300f3a15ee3
