fix: a38x: select xbar client number before updaing rtc values
RTC values are written indirectly via XBAR pipe selection.
before this patch, pipe0 was actiavted, with no XBAR client selected.
- This patch fixes this to select XBAR client #1 whilst activating pipe0.
