fix: sdio, fdt: enable SDIO Device Tree node for DB-381/2 board
The default configuration for board is now with SPI0 & SDIO(4Bit)
- enabled Boolean default entry indicating existance of SD/MMC unit
for DB-381/2 board
- removed the disable option for this:
also if not detecting the 8Bit detected module, the default config will remain.
this affects only on the Device Tree update logic.
