fix: a38x: add mtdparts_lgcy default env. variable for LSP 3.4 and 2.6
LSP 3.4 & 2.6 identifies SPI flash as "spi_flash" and not
"spix.y" as in 3.10 and above.
- add mtdparts_lgcy env variable for having "spi_flash"
as spi flash identifier.
- change every command that boots the old kernel (uImage)
to use mtdparts_lgcy instead of mtdparts env variable.
- fixed JIRA:SYSTEMSW-1029
