disable ECC memory on chimera uboot initializes memory on each boot when ECC is enabled. disable ECC so that printk_persist works while work on uboot memory initialization proceeds. Change-Id: Ifb4bebc70464a73982e726628ca22c78ced47d0d Google-Bug-Id: 26711581
