fix: sample at reset: msys_ac3: set 'pcimode' default to End Point
default SatR value for 'pcimode' was Root Complex,
should be Endpoint since default mode is connected to
external AMC card (The AMC is the Root Complex in that case)
- changed SatR default value for 'pcimode' to Endpoint (0)
