tools: Support automatic generation of linker scripts for binary header
Modify "setparams.c" utility for automatic linker script generation
according to board type
Add versioning information and board type parameter to setparams.c
Modify Makefile for supporting both secure and non-secure boot
mode builds using automatically generated linker scripts
