fix: eth: msys_bc2: disable 2nd ETH port for board RD-DXBC2-48G-12XG2XLG
the BobCat2 board: RD-DXBC2-48G-12XG2XLG has only a single ETH port
(MAC0 --> SGMII, via 1512 PHY, with SMI address = 0)
- Disabled the non-existing 2nd ETH Port, that was configured to MAC1
