fix: a38x: align customer0 board structure with DB-BP - Align customer0 IO Expander info with DB-BP board: * remove BOARD_TWSI_IO_EXPANDER in twsi address 0x20 * fix IoExpanderInfo array to be the same as DB-BP - Add disabled MAC entry.
