fix: alp: db-88f6660-bp: support ddr bus width of x16 reading from DIPswitch or EEPROM
- add support from reading from DIP switch 7.
- the ddr bus with can configured in two ways:
1. canging DIP switch 7 pin 3 (address = 0x22, dev_num = 1, reg_num = 0)
2. from EEPROM: "boardconfig write ddr_buswidth 1" (address = 0x55, dev_num = 1, reg_num = 2)
