fix: eth: msys_bc2: set MAC speed configuration as Auto negotiation for RD-MTL board
The ETH MAC configuration for BC2 RD-MTL board was forced to 1000M.
this caused an issue when connected to lower speed ports (i.e 100M)
- This is wrong, and replaced to use Auto negotiation
