fix: a38x: fix prints of DDR/L2 frequencies in 'SatR' command
'SatR' command in U-Boot prints frequency options for CPU/DDR/L2 modes
L2 frequency was mistakenly printed as DDR, and vice versa.
- this patch fixes the prints of both to be correct
