fix: eth: msys_bc2: set MAC speed configuration as Auto negotiation for RD board
The ETH MAC configuration for BC2 RD board was forced to 1000M.
this caused an issue when connected to lower speed ports (i.e 100M)
- This is wrong, and replaced to use Auto negotiation
