fix: spi: msys, a38x: fixed SPI mtdparts configuration
- mtdparts default value wasn't correct, that caused LSP 3.4.69
to read it incorrectly (had extra 'mtdparts=' string in it),
and for LSP 3.10.x "spi_flash" was used instead of "spi0.0"
that failed Linux to read it.
- fixed default value.
