fix: sata: clear IRQ status register only on read/write operations
fix detection issues by setting the clearance of IRQ status register
only on read/write operations.
- Clearance of IRQ/ERR/FIS status registers was added in the patch:
"fix: ahci: add to read/write the clear IRQ/ERR status register
and FIS address register without this fix the AHCI read/write command
are failed"
- Fix JIRA SYSTEMSW #1588
