fix: dram: msys: added late_print_cpuinfo (occurs after read from DRAM windows)
- Dram windows are configured by binary header
- U-Boot must not config any windows by it self
- enabled late_print_cpuinfo so information is now printed after reading DRAM windows settings,
and after code relocation (no BSS usage is allowed before relocation)
