nand: Added YAFFS2 support

	- added YAFFS2 support to NAND driver and to U-boot commands
	- description was added to doc/README.nand document
	- YAFFS2 definitions added for ALP (disabled by default)
	- implemented and tested on ALP with 2K page NAND flash
