Revert "fix: sata3: fix window granularity to use 64K instead of 1MB" this patch is reverted since 64K granularity was wrongly set to SATA windows size. the following patch fixes SATA detction issues with DDR dual CS. This reverts commit 54f8818918878b0bc4fc80bc21112a5a02bc4d57.
