BobK: Add preliminary support for Bobk board.

	-Update the Board info and the ctrl APIs.
	-Add the arch number.
	-Enable the USB interface
	-STATUS: Verified: Boot from SPI, UART, CPU@400MHZ,
	 DDR@400MHz, NAND, SPI, USB, I2C
	-Added Device ID entries for LK2.6 & LK3.4
