Fixed: nand: a38x: add pax3xx partitions to mtdparts
- before, nand partitons didn't pass from U-boot (mtdparts) to LK 3.18.
- LK 3.18 working with pax3xx-nand driver, so need to add pax3xx-nand
partitions to mtdparts.
- fixed JIRA: SYSTEMSW-1932.
