WindCharger: Updates uClibc to include AI_ADDRCONFIG The two main files that were updated were: -- build/crosstool-1.20-build.config -- build/uClibc-0.9.33.2.config Everything else was auto-generated by crosstool-ng This change also uses the new linux headers for building gcc.
