Add _SC_PHYS_PAGES implementation to sysconf in uClibc. This is used by cast shell and fiber shell to determine the amount of physical memory and configure the size of the shared discardable memory. Change-Id: I3430d75c980e6eeb646c3f8a33a0ca6e42454da3
