Add manifest file for ONT(prism). To start prism development: - cp <workspace>/manifest/prism.xml <workspace>/.repo/manifests/ - use "repo init -m prism.xml" to start the repo. Change-Id: Ia072a51c6c5bda932b71d9d48eb3d05e5b7ab851
