Enable transceiver signal detect. MPP 29 is hooked to optical module PIN 8. MPP 29 is used to notify the chip that the transceiver received laser signal. However, PIN 8 of optical module indicates the loss of laser signal. This CL basically update the driver to reverse the detected signal for PRISM board.
