Downsize the kernel. - Removed CD/DVD related FS. - Removed MS related FS, e.g. FAT, VFAT, NTFS. - Removed phone support. - Reduced the image size by 600KB. - Add debug fs. - Remove the unused vt console. Change-Id: I2d5a483b2f12c53bd3424a96ffa450ccd3d3a2d6
