gfrg200: change UBI aging threshold. The description for this option says the default is fine for SLC NAND, but they recommend much smaller numbers for MLC NAND (which wear out much faster), and that's what gfrg200 devices use. Change-Id: Id97a04d253aabed9646ec0597a3adf9e711678db
