gfrg200: first pass at disabling a bunch of unneeded options.

(There are probably more unneeded options that still are enabled.)

Including:
- run from ROM
- system suspend/resume
- IPsec (on IPv4 and IPv6)
- multiple routing tables
- netfilter-for-bridging (separate from ebtables which is still enabled)
- old-style SATA support
- PPP
- ISDN
- Some extra I2C drivers
- Userspace SPI driver support
- Comcerto RTC component (not available on our platform because no battery)
- JFFS2
- Open Crypto Framework (OCF)

This reduces the size of zImage from 2941824 to 2713328 and may also make
things slightly faster.
