Subject: [PATCH] sntpclock: change maximum delta from +/-2 days to +/- 60
seconds.
We're going to initially sync our clock with tlsdate, which is high security
but low precision (within about 1 second). We can then use sntpclock for
the fine tuning. There's no interesting security attack in confusing us
into setting our clock wrong by less than a minute, so we can assume nobody
will bother.
