Fix some dependencies for openbox build. When building with GOOGLE_PLATFORM_ONLY=y, some packages were being enabled that shouldn't have been. This change appears to remove some options from defconfig files, but that's just because it adds them to Config.in files, which makes them the default in the right conditions.
