gfrg200_defconfig: also support installing on GFRG250

Since we no longer include the uloader in the .gi file, we can claim
that gfrg200 images are compatible with GFRG250.

GFRG250 a.k.a. Optimus Prime is very similar to GFRG210 a.k.a Optimus
except for a few changes:
 - Support for Quantenna wifi module Frenzy
 - PoE can be turned on/off by software (through GPIOs)
 - PoE status can be read by software (also through GPIOs)
 - QCA8337N Interrupt line is now hooked up to GPIO7
 - a few other
