S01sysctl: kernel.hung_task_timeout_secs=120 /bin/coredump will tryto write core files to flash for up to 100 seconds before giving up and truncating the file. Set the panic threshold comfortably above that timeout. Fixes b/34064401 Change-Id: I9df9c0bc6fe6b080444033aad02008768e9e31b0
