gfrg200: don't include qualcomm_drivers or bcm_drivers in platform-only. bcm_drivers is a bit funny; it auto-selects if you enable driver_moca2, which our defconfig does, but driver_moca2 disables itself in platform-only builds. So not including bcm_drivers in the defconfig means that that will be turned on/off as needed. Change-Id: I149be718554970171d51e3499928d523ed7193ba
