| Subject: [PATCH] Change SETTIME_MIN_OFFSET from 180 to 10. |

| If we're more than a little bit off, let's jump the clock right away. We |
| don't want to be too crazy (since that could result in time jumps during |
| runtime, long after booting) but 10 seconds should be plenty of margin for |
| error. 3 minutes is way too long and could have a significant impact on |
| real-life event scheduling. |
