Subject: [PATCH] Change SETTIME_MIN_OFFSET from 180 to 10.
If we're more than a little bit off, let's jump the clock right away. We
don't want to be too crazy (since that could result in time jumps during
runtime, long after booting) but 10 seconds should be plenty of margin for
error. 3 minutes is way too long and could have a significant impact on
real-life event scheduling.
