GPIO[48]=1 to enable power for 11AC wifi 4.2V PA Starting with EVT2, we are using high power 802.11ac wifi PCIe modules. The power amplifiers on these modules need a 4.2V power supply. Set GPIO[48] to high to enable the 4.2V power source. Change-Id: I555fbd65c59e37b8573975017f33ff6f984b5337
