barebox: enable BBT, disable softecc * barebox will scan nand for factory bad blocks if BBT does not exist, saving the factory bad blocks in a BBT at the end of nand * disable soft ecc, not used * requires new SDK, coming soon Change-Id: Id77afce87985d978f58dbf10a6d2b90ac821db91
